The paper studies the variables that associated to employee retention, which includes benefits, motivation, pay, organizational climate and culture, connections between the individual, their co-workers, and the supervisor opportunities for growth and advancement.
Purpose of the study
The purpose of this study is

It is carried out in order to investigate the reasons due to which the turnover rates of employees in an organization are high
To investigate the reasons due to which an employee would want to work for an organization for a longer period of time.
This research study would be of great importance because it highlights the causes of low employee retention in organizations. It will not just help Total Security Services Limited recognized its weakness and the problems due to which the rate of employee turnover is higher. It would also provide solution due to which the company can overcome the problem of low employee retention.
