Cause/Effect “When Will People Help in a Crisis”

I am totally disagreed with the views given in "Why People Don't Help in a Crisis" by Darley and Latané. I believe that either men or women would willingly assist an individual in need if he or she is alone, and if a role model like hero, himself, felt personally accountable for helping others. However, Darley and Latané believed that this dependability is diluted amongst all bystanders, resulting the individual in need being ignored.

But in my case, I have noticed that people do always help ...
