Human resources main task is to hire right people at the right place in the organization. At the same time, they also have the responsibility to hire right number of people in a team to carry out the operations smoothly (Wright, 2011). For hiring right number of people, Human resource planning is very important, so the importance of human resource planning is that it becomes especially critical when organizations plan to perform functions, locate plants, cut staff or close facilities operation.
