Dear Store Managers,

Our company is reviewing its store policy regarding working hours due to the unpredicted increase in the operating cost and rising gas prices. The store hours will be amended in order to avail the flexible timings. According to the new policy, store will be closed on Sunday. Furthermore, the store will open 1 hour later and will open an hour earlier. The new stores timing will be from 8.00 to 6.00 pm. Part-time employees consolidate their hours in 1-, 2-, or 3-day workweeks, depending on how many hours they are scheduled to work. They will have to manage their work according to the new time frame. You as store managers must keep an eye on the management of work and the working hours should comprise of 10 hours, 4 days a week. This new time schedule will help us to mange time and will help in saving money on gas. Before this, the employees had a strict schedule, and they were unable to spend time with their family. This new time will provide them more time as they will be working for 10 hour a day.

Similarly, these new changes will also have a positive impact on the stakeholder. This will also provide greater opportunities to the employees, as stakeholder will invest in the business and it will help in growing the business. Cutting the cost will also help in serving the customers as they were being served before. The prices of the products will also not increase the prices of products. Retaining the customers will help to maintain positive relation with the customers as they are the revenue generator for the business.
