Abstract
Enterprise modelling is related to the manifestation and description of the variety of processes involved in that organization that include functional tasks to describe what are the key points of action that have to be executed and in which order, the objects are supposed to be used or processed, from a resource point of view its important to highlight the organisational process the structure and the responsibility of the framework inside which things are being done. Within this context, enterprise behaviour and enterprise functionality need to be precisely described, specified, and analysed. Enterprise demeanour concerns the alignment in which things are going to be performed, i.e., the flow of control. It is described in terms of business processes. Enterprise functionality concerns the things being finished, i.e., the tasks (either transformational or decision-making tasks) performed by resources as a set of actions. It is described in terms of enterprise activities.

Any enterprise can be seen as a large and complex dynamic system made of a set of interacting functional entities (or agents) executing concurrent and/or cooperative processes.
