Steve Jobs played a significant role in creating the culture of Apple Inc. as he praised as a savior for the company. The culture is to forget all past learning and devise new ideas for growth. Moreover, Steve Jobs has continued to practice influence in various industries. A milestone, that he achieved, was with the recent purchase of Pixar animation studios by Disney, which made Steve Jobs the largest Disney shareholder and a board member (Burrows & Grover, 2006).
