The most important that has been addressed in the article is the role of globalization on organization structure and changes in ethical principle approaches to achieve goals and objectives. Ethical behavior implication signifies that organization should move on approaches that not only highlights their core competencies but also takes an innovative approach to define the workplace decorum (Kinick, 2008). It has been followed by decentralized management system in which employee form an equalized part in defining the goals and objectives of the organization.

360 degree feedback system enables the employees and management to form a collaborative workplace environment in which main concern is on strengthening the equity participation. Another remarkable implication that has been addressed in the paper is the transformation of decision making process in decentralized system which is very essential in current business contexts to foster quick decision making for improving performance. In this regard, focus has been shift from individual tasks management to team work which not only enhanced the productivity of organization but in context of organizational behavior has resulted in effective sharing of information and knowledge management (Carneiro, 2000).
