It is to inform you that four months before Soledad Garcia, our salesperson for the Kansas City locality, came by the account of the Central States organization. In trading to this account, she had our mechanical aid persons present many checks for the lubricating desires of Central States. They suggested that the conveyor be lubricated every 12 hours with EZL #449 and not every 8 hours, as was the case with the other grease they were using. Over lubricating, they clarified, would lead to “gumming and jamming” of the system.
