Business continuity system includes the organizational structure, procedures, resources, and knowledge of the staff to succeed and minimize losses from events which have the status of force. The system aims to reduce the loss of personnel, reduction of loss of assets, prevent shutdown of business processes and rapid restoration of full activity, regardless of the nature of the events. This paper will deal with the formulation of a business continuity plan, relating its significance and undertaking a complete research on the fundamentals of the business continuity management for the Medical Device Company. The entire plan will focus upon the supply chain of the products and services, the operations management, and the risk management at company. It will follow a qualitative methodology in relevance with the secondary research in order to reach the findings and establish a solid conclusion at the end of the study.
