Introduction

This paper intends to create a discussion of personal strategies for the purpose of improving work life balance. The first part of this paper will address the exercise of identifying possible four way wins of the Friedman text. The second part of the paper will be focused on the choosing the most promising by the help of selecting one experiment. The last part of this paper will focus on the setting of the game plans. The purpose of this paper is to make the reader aware about the significance of improving the work life balance.

Discussion

Part One

The most important experiments for the purpose of creating effective work life balance revolve around the significance of each individual's priorities to work and priorities to life. I believe individuals will be conduct experiments according to their priorities towards work and their personal lives. I believe the most important experiment in my viewpoint would be to take a little time off during the work life and think about the personal life. Moreover, I believe that for the purpose of making the employers realize that their employees also possess a personal life, employees must take out time during the office hours to fulfill their personal tasks as well.

I know some people would feel that my experiment is crossing all the ethical limits of working in the office. I am suggesting this only because I want employers to realize that when they expect their employees to take out time from their personal life to fulfill the official requirements, how the employees and their loved ones feel. I believe that creating a work life balance remains extremely important for the purpose of living a full life. Another experiment I believe that could provide satisfaction to me is to get myself engaged in some charitable work (Erica, 2004).
