Harry L. Hopkins was born in “Sioux” City, Iowa on August 17th, 1890. Harry worked as a personal confidant, administrator of Federal relief and as a President Roosevelt at the time of World War II. He was the fourth child of Anna Pickett Hopkins and David Aldona, who was a harness maker. He completed his graduation in 1912 and got his first job as being the social working. He showed dedication to his work and made a strong contribution towards it.
