ABSTRACT

Psychology is the science of behaviour and mental processes. Psychologists attempt to explain how we perceive, learn, memorize, solve problems, communicate, feel and relate to other people at all stages of life in close relationships and community. Behavioural Psychology is the branch of psychology that studies the way humans have to learn, think and make decisions, to understand the world around us and act accordingly. This research aims to understand the concept of Behavioural Psychology and analyze the importance of behavioural observation in Behavioural Psychology. This research is founded on the secondary data, secondary data is collected from various sources which are academic journals, e-books, newspaper, magazines and trade publications, periodic reports of companies, blogs and government publications. Behavioural Psychology plays a significant role in understanding and treating the human psyche in both its observable and unconcealed behaviours and its often ambiguous and sometimes mysterious functioning.
