Introduction

Leadership is referred to as the ability if a person to inspire, encourage, influence and motivate other to achieve a specific objective with in a specifies time period. In the case of a business, leadership is often applied to a person belonging to a particular hierarchical level to another in a lower hierarchical level, for example, the owner of the business to its employees, or a supervisor or manager to his subordinates. In the next section, we will differentiate two different styles of leadership, i.e. Authoritative vs. Democratic Leadership.
