It was years ago but sometimes the incident still haunts me when I see a hen guarding and protecting her little chicks. As a child of 6 and my sister who was also with me we wanted to play with the little chicks and so we went closer to the fowl family. I had not noticed the hen then but it was suddenly that it appeared from nowhere and bit me and wanted to hunt us away from her offspring.
