Overweight and obesity have become vital challenges for public health. Obesity is commonly defined as severely overweight. Obesity can occur due to many reasons. Sedentary causes also dominate the leading causes of obesity (Foresight, 2007). Past researches show that increase in computer use and decrease physical activity among young adults are a fundamental factor of obesity occurrence. Significant driver of reduction in physical activity also relates to genetic and environmental factors (Lake & Townshend, 2006). Accessibility and availability determines the food choice and intake of young adults. In addition to this, availability of green space also creates an impact on individuals to influence their behavior for indulging in regular physical activity (Sallis, 2000). This is linked to a sedentary lifestyle and socioeconomic characteristics.
