Introduction

This paper intends to make a critical analysis of a chosen article “Combat Lateral Violence in Nursing” published in Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) by Barbara Lubejko. The purpose of the paper is to get acquainted with the professional literature sources that are used in nursing. In addition to this, the aim is to employ writing skills in this paper by analyzing and summarizing the chosen article. This practice shall enable to understand the underlying principles in evidence based practice in the nursing profession and clinical setting.
