Qualitative Assessment Approach (QA):

Qualitative Assessment (QA) is another method which can be use as alternative to IQ testing. This method of Qualitative Assessment uses experiential and relational approach in order to ease the deeper understanding of individual's behavior and nurture them. By using this Qualitative Assessment approach we can fine that emotional part of giftedness is not fully understood, children are labeled as pathological. It also enables the teachers and parents to open the door to learning opportunities and experiences of life efficiently.
