Drugs can be defined as a group of substances of different organic or chemical nature that have hallucinogenic, stimulant or depressant effects on the central nervous system. The misuse of some of these drugs may harm the body. Frequent usage of drugs becomes an addiction and this addiction is a disease whose hallmarks are the psychic and physical dependence (breaking) when the person has uncontrolled and uncontrollable desire to use of drug substances constantly. The broader definition of Narcotic Drugs (narcotics) is that they have specific (activated, a sedative, hallucinogenic) effects on the CNS, and has the capacity to cause pathological addiction, and nonmedical use of the substance is characterized by high prevalence and social adverse effects. In this paper, we try to focus on the abuse of illicit drugs.

Introduction
Severe drug addiction can be associated with opiates and barbiturates, alcohol and nicotine. Stimulants (cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine), cause severe psychological dependence (Coll, 111). Opposing views exist as to whether the ability to cause dependence in these psychedelic drugs, likes LSD, mescaline and psilocybin. Without a doubt, drug addiction remains the mere fact that the influence of psychedelics on data exchange of neurotransmitters regulates a variety of metabolic processes for the prevention from these drugs and there should be the drug prevention programs that creates awareness about the drugs and its usage. Also people must be aware how harmful the frequent usage of drugs is and their side effects, so that we can make this world a better place.

People, who use intravenous drugs, come under the second largest group of HIV in the U.S. and Europe. In addition, the influence of drugs in some cases can provoke promiscuity; and consequently, an increase the risk of contracting AIDS. Drug prevention is an important component in modern approach to the problem of abuse of various substances. The objective of any drug prevention program is the prevention of substance abuse in children and adolescents and gives training so that they live a life free of drugs and alcohol abuse. Also, it aims to give children and teenagers objective scientific information about substance abuse.

A drug prevention program enhances protective factors to prevent and reverse or reduce risk factors. Becoming a drug abuser depends on the different type of risk factors and their proactive factors, the risk factors are classified as the attitudes of the individuals and their different aggressive behavior. The protective factors include the emotional bonding and support by the parents, etc, and these risk factors and proactive factors changes from individual to individual with the changes in their ages.
For instance, the risk factors in the family have a major impact on a child, while the relationship with peers who use drugs can be a most important risk factor for a teenager.
