1.1 Inquiry Overview

The main objective of this research was to study the satisfactory level of the employees in Tornadee care home which is located at Aberdeen. This research has been organized in successive chapters and exposes the overall concept of satisfaction of employees working at Tornadee care homes. Several definitions and concepts regarding satisfaction of employees have been discussed in this study, which provides an over view of the concept on the significance of the employee satisfaction. Initially, this report presents an introduction to the topic and sets out the research questions and objectives, highlighting key background information and explaining the reasons behind the study.
