Abstract
The current study deals with the development of a leadership plan for JR Electronics are a company that specializes in the manufacturing of electronic appliances. The company is participating in a widespread leadership development program created by the owner and CEO. The focus of this program is to move the internal employees and workers of the organizations towards the leadership roles and make train and develop them into successful leaders of future. These leadership qualities will be developed through the formulation and implementation of a proper and sophisticated leadership plan.
Through face-to-face interviews and anonymous surveys, the participants are asked for their views regarding the qualities and requisites of the leadership. The individuals to be promoted to the Executive level are selected and trained for the purpose. Thus, for the entire context, the current paper aims upon developing a leadership plan for JR Electronics.
