In this study the survey was conducted and in that the questionnaire was filled by the respondents. The question was asked about whether they are overweight or not. Majority of the respondents respond positively to this question and there were 41% of the respondents who said that they are overweight. There were 31% of the respondents who said that they are not over weight. The percentages depicts that the respondents who participated in this study were overweight.

In this study the survey was conducted and in that the questionnaire was filled by the respondents. The question was asked about whether sedentary activities are preferable or not. Majority of the respondents respond positively to this question and there were 40% of the respondents who said that sedentary activities are preferable. There were 38% of the respondents who said that sedentary activities are preferable. The percentages depicts that the respondents who participated in this study preferred sedentary activities.

The question was asked about whether they physical activities are preferable or not. Majority of the respondents respond positively to this question and there were 43% of the respondents who said that physical activities are not preferable. There were 37% of the respondents who said that physical activities are preferable. The percentages depicts that the respondents who participated in this study preferred physical activities.

The respondents who participated in this study were requested for filling survey and their responses help researcher in analyzing and interpretation results. The question was asked about whether they have balanced diet or not. Majority of the respondents respond positively to this question and there were 44% of the respondents who said that they do not have balanced diet. There were 34% of the respondents who said that they have balanced diet. The percentages depicts that the respondents who participated in this study do not have balanced diet.
