Introduction

“Yummy Food” is an expansive and unique food delivery service. Instead of launching open our own establishment of food service having a limited potential, we plan a venture that engrosses only delivering food prepared by others. Since the convenience of a delivery service is not offered by certain fast food locations and restaurants, therefore our business intends to fill that market portion that has been neglected so far. We aim to pick up orders of customers from already established businesses and in a timely manner, deliver it to them. We would also like to spread out the service to delivering items outside Cambridge area, but at this time, our focus is mainly on consumers within Cambridge.

The focus of this paper is to present a start- up plan of our business of food delivery. Our business is located in Cambridge and we work locally with the famous restaurants in Cambridge, including Seven Days- a Chinese Restaurant, Browns, The Cambridge Chop house, All Star Sandwich Bar, etc. Our target consumers are employees of different offices located in the Cambridge. They can place their orders before 30 -40 minutes and we deliver them fresh meals as per their choice. Currently we are serving only in Cambridge but we have expansion plans in different cities of England too in the future. Currently we are using Facebook page as tool of marketing, for making connections with them and for providing feedback to their queries so as to provide them optimum level of satisfaction.

This paper serves as a report of our current business scenario, market potential, future business plans and endeavours. The financial projections and cash flows will also be discussed. Moreover, this paper also seeks to evaluate the classical and corporate approaches for business, role of creativity in the process of innovation, and significance of entrepreneurship.

The entrepreneurs play the crucial role in the both production and distribution. This is determining as the initial economists who stressing the role of entrepreneurs as it compare with classical economist (Westhead et.al, 2011). There is the prominent position of the entrepreneur in the production entire system. The entrepreneur is also very much prominent to extend its function of the entrepreneur. This is treating as the mainly unscrupulous labour kind. There is consciously and unconsciously directing the attention away from the entrepreneurial uniqueness role (Lambing & Kuehl, 2000).
