As we are in motion into the next century, in the midst of the mainly pressing issues ahead of us is the reduction of crime and violence. In excess of the last 20 years, there have been supplementary than 119 million violent victimizations.

There are even children who do crimes for their living purpose as they don't have parents and some of them, who are lucky to have their parents still, do it for the reason that they are being taught about this by their parents.

All prisons can separate out individual young prisoner for short periods. Young inmates are usually managed according to guiding principle that applies to the inmate populace as a whole, in spite of age. For the small group of inmates under 17 years verdict to custody (48 in 1998), the legislation says they can give out all or part of their sentence moreover in a prison.
