Yoga is an Indian philosophical theory, a series of mental and physical exercises such as Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Kriya, meditation and asceticism covers. The term Yoga can both association and integration mean, and in terms of harnessing and tightening of the body to the soul to the collection and concentration or becoming one with God to be understood. Discussion
For thousands of years, there were many types (schools, tracks) Yoga permeating the whole culture of India and beyond, hence there is no single definition of Yoga. However, radically different approach in presenting Yogi Svatmarama , based on the treaty of Hathajogapradipika of XV. Yoga works the union body-emotion-mind-being. The union is not necessary to create it there act, feel, and think, we are. The body is with us every second of our life, we are thinking or feeling. Stretching, toning and relaxation takes place by the practice of yoga postures is based on the combination of these three principles: stretching, toning and relaxation. Through the stretch release the tensions of the body, taking care and developing awareness of the muscles and internal body functions. The positions gradually tone muscles support the spine and limbs, making the strength and postural stability, and correcting bad postural habits.
