Introduction

Writing is an art which involves certain steps to attain complete furnishing. Modern literacy theories suggest that learning the art of writing makes an individual skilful. Armed with a writing tool writer can do all what a warrior does with his sword in the battlefield. From winning hearts to exploring the world from words; everything is possible if a draft is well written and furnished orderly (Kamehameha Schools. 2007). However, this art needs to be leant with its major techniques in order to capture the reader's attention.

Today, the writing process is taught in many U.S. schools based on its importance in a student's life. This technique underlines the process in certain steps which will be discussed in this paper.

The skill to write fluently strengthens an individual with great communicating skills, providing a chance to share and control opinion, thoughts, and beliefs in a routine life as well as not only in day-to-day situations. Languages may change over time and space, but the thoughts after being penned do not fade as Mary Heller says that the worth that we put on understanding and scripting takes place out of our common necessity to be educated and learned people. It is the purpose of our society and our customs (Kamehameha Schools. 2007).

Writing Process

Writing process involves certain important steps involved in a writing process. This entails pre-writing, drafting, revision, proof reading or editing and lastly the publishing stage.
