Introduction

The goodness of a heart is never known to a wicked person. A wicked person in spite of all the evilness has to lose in the end. This story revolves around a girl who endured all the hardships that her step mother gave her and met the beauty of her dream (www.nationalgeographic.com). Ella was a beautiful girl. She had a perfect life till the night her mother departed. The lady had been ill since long, and she knew that she would not survive the pain. She said to Ella, “My daughter, be honest and pious, take strength from endurance and God will bless you with the best” (www.ecb.org). She heard a constant beep after a minute, and she knew that she lost someone so precious to her.

Main Idea

It is the beauty of a heart which determines success in one's life. The evil or falsehood may enjoy temporary success, but only the virtuous finds true victory. All the elements of nature reward a pure heart with the best of the bounties.

Discussion

Her mother's last words always surrounded her. Ella took pride in being like mother in looks and virtues. Her father, Mr. Smith was a merchant who travelled to different countries. Ella was doing great at the school. Her neighborhood friend, Kevin was a loyal companion. Everything was going normal in her life till the day she learnt that her father was seeing a woman named Kelly. Ella was utterly terrified with the thought of living with a step mom. She did not want to be another Cinderella. Ella went to her mother's grave, and she could feel the birds singing “life is like a dream” to her. That was her favorite song which her mother always sang for her.
