The work stress is an ongoing problem that influences within the personnel or human capital of organizations , companies which affects the productivity of the company so we present this project is of great importance taking into account the state of mind of workers This research has as its content the problem the objectives and hypotheses which will give us an outcome through the research methods and tools of data collection , such as the polls closed trials added together contributions from authors and experts in the field. We present this work with the aim of identifying the impact that will receive the company about this problem in the area of human resources as well in the same managers and members and founders of the company against the problems that arise in economic and labor.

This present research project aims to publicize the impact of stress on the labor productivity of firms and this work was composed of a research question, “What is the level of influence of Job Stress on the Productivity of firms in the province?”, And designs of transactional nonexperimental research to help us analyze the factors that cause stress at work within the general objectives has obtained Identify and explain the level of influence of work stress on productivity of firms. Justify the importance of the project and presented the research study on workplace stress posed by employees and workers of enterprises. It pursues the aim of collecting information on the extent of effects on businesses.
