Context (when)

When working in the audit department of an organization in New York (2005), it was observed that the employees of the organization presented certain forms of reluctance against the use of computers to archive documents. A pattern was applied by the computer experts of the organization to completely eradicate the use of paper filing and paper record keeping. Computerized archiving was introduced by the organization but employees showed resentment in adopting the new technology.
