Initially it is important to give a detailed introduction what exactly foster is and what does fostering agency do. Foster care is a word which represents proper, well organized and systematic way under which a minor is legally given under the super vision of any individual, group home or individual home. The process of legally submitting a child under the guardianship of any other person, group, individual home or group home is called “Ward”. In countries like United States of America, New eland and Australia such a child who is submitted under someone's guardianship is called Ward of the Court. In U.K and Ireland such a child is known as Ward of Court and in Canada the legal term used is 'Crown Ward'. In this process the children are sent to the custody of Children and Youth Services which are commonly known as foster care. The guardians who take responsibility of the child are known as 'foster parent'. The foster parent, group, individual home etc is facilitated with the compensation for the expense which had been incurred on the child. The guardians are also facilitated with monetary reward for providing their services to the independent foster agencies and to the government indirectly. SI it seems that the government really facilitates the foster parents for their services and give importance and value to their service. The foster parents or foster careers can claim different kind of benefits in terms of income support, housing benefits, council tax benefits, disability living allowance, income-based jobseeker's allowance and working tax credits. It can be said that in today's world fostering a child is a proper career and those people are given more importance that show more availability for fostering the children (www.simplyfostering.co.uk).
Foster parents or careers receive their payment for every single child they look after and take care off. The foster parents receive payment in two parts. The first part is known as the maintenance element which covers the cost which has been incurred while looking after the child and the second part known as reward element which is a compensation for the services provided by the foster parent.

It must not be forgotten that the entrance should be from an approved university only. In UK if anyone is willing to pursue a degree in social work should have a GCSEs with majoring in subjects like Mathematics and English. The candidate must pass with grade C or above. The important thing which must be noted down is that the universities might have their own set ...
