Introduction

The time when a person goes to college is crucial as it prepares us for the practical phase of life. College shapes our professional and personal lives. Not only does a person learn inside classrooms, but also outside. I believe that college has helped me to cope with the increasingly complicated and diverse society. It is not easy to secure a job in the current scenario as there is growing competition from graduates, retirees and laid off workers.
