A work ethic is the way you view work, and on if you work honestly and work hard to the best of your abilities to please your boss and to create satisfaction in the good job you did it boosts confidence and you are more likely to get hired any where if you have a good work ethic, and show you know how to work hard and do a good job and most of all enjoy what you do (Martin & Mike, 2001).
