Background

Normally, women face lots of challenges when they try to make their way towards the workplace. Since the last few years, the percentage of women workers has increased considerably.

The percentage of women workforce is even higher in developed countries like USA and UK because of the high level of education that is prevailing in these countries. The percentage is even increasing in developing countries especially in the urban cities but still some more improvement is required in the education level in these countries.

There are lots of women working in different professions such as

Accountants, Doctors, Nurses, and Lawyers etc. The women who start their professional career focuses a lot on their career and some of them even manage to maintain a very good career despite of their other activities as well. The scope of women workforce is increasing because lot of them are now able to achieve graduation in their respective fields which helps them to start their professional career without any problem. One of the biggest challenges the women face at their workplace is to protect themselves from the sexual assault in the hands of male workers. The issue of sex assault of the women workforce is one of the major issues in USA and it needs to be resolved in order to create a favorable environment for them to work.

Hypothesis (must answer the research question)

There are some organizations where the men feel that they only have the right to work at that place and when any female is hired, they do not really accept that. Therefore, all the group of men then tries to harm few females in order to make an uncomfortable situation for them.
