Federal government passed a law in order to all the wolves to be hunted in Yellowstone National Park in 1922. It has been researched that, within four years a wolf was hunted and, in 1955 a grey wolf was introduced in the park. Later on government has introduced 31 wolves in the Montana and Wyoming parts of the park. There is an estimate that in Montana, 116 wolves are lived with their 75 pups.
