Knowing how to express yourself clearly and accurately, in writing and in speaking is very important. All employers value good communication skills, and I have them. When considering why communication is important, the bottom line is - if a person is a good communicator, he or she will has better chances of success. My communication skills enable me to to persuade people, influence others, negotiate effectively and provide valuable feedback. Using my communication skills, I can incorporate motivation in my team and can assume leadership role in achieving various organizational objectives.

Creativity

Besides having excellent communication skills, another worth mentioning strength of mine is creative nature. I am not content with the status quo, because I have learned that great employees constantly look for creative ways to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently. I can think on my feet, I can quickly adapt to shifting priorities, I can turn a wall into windows of opportunities and moreover I can do whatever it takes, regardless of my role or position, to get things done.
