Why it is good to have sports in school

Introduction

The benefits of sports at school are unlimited. It enables to expend the physical energy of the child, and interact with other comrades and share moments of pleasure with them, finding balance, gain confidence and trust. As we have seen the benefits of sport are manifold. First, it helps to support healthy and balanced growth in boys and girls, with significant benefits from a physically and psychologically. But for this healthy growth the sport must be practiced correctly, considering the physical characteristics of the children their age and abilities. Also improve physical performance and facilitate their socialization with other children, stimulating their development (Pate, 904-908).

The extracurricular sporting activity is appropriate to make the decision whether girl or boy. As soon as you are able to express their preferences, it is good practice to leave the choice of the activity you want. We should never impose our own desires or longings. In case the child seems to be always tired / herself or if she complains of pains, interrumpid training for a week in order to rest.
