Why do you believe president Obama will only serve one term?
Barack Obama is likely to last for only one term as President of the United States, since critics find it hard for him to be able to get selected for the next term. History reveals that there have been a lot of USA Presidents who served only for a single term and were not selected again. Here is a list given of all those presidents who managed to make it only once to the presidential office.
Twelve Presidents have served a single term - John Quincy Adams, John Adams, James K Polk, Martin Van Buren, Benjamin Harrison, Franklin Pierce, James Buchanan, Jimmy Carter, Rutherford B Hayes, Herbert Hoover, William Howard Taft and George HW Bush.
Four Presidents made it to the Presidential office through death of their successors and then went on to serve a single elected term of their own - Calvin Coolidge, Harry S Truman, Lyndon B Johnson and Theodore Roosevelt.
