Introduction

A whistle blowing case occurred in Los Almos National laboratory, in which the two employees of the organization, Glen Walp and Steve Doran, blew the whistle against corruption. This corruption was evidently practiced in the organization since many years, but no one had the intention or believes to report it to the reporting authority.
