Therefore, it can be said that people may pray for their personal prayers or for others.
For Christians, Petitionary prayer can change many things in their lives. For them, it is necessary to petition God in prayer despite the fact that God knows all our sufferings. The question why it is necessary to petition God if He already knows what we want has different answers in different contexts. According to the perceptions of some people, it is useless to petition God in prayer because He already knows what we want. He always provides us with alternatives that are appropriate for them. According to these people, petitions cannot possibly change the will of God.
