ABSTRACT
This research study intended to examine the impact of price fluctuation in Saudi government spending. This research study also examines the impact of oil price fluctuation on the Saudi government and that effect on the Development projects and the fight against unemployment because 60% from the population are youth. The major source of national income as a single commodity of Saudi Arabian's economy faces the problem of the efficient utilization and allocation. The revenues of oil have been the single most important source of gross domestic product since the creation of the kingdom. On the other hand, the other sources of income have played a secondary role in the nation's wealth. Furthermore, Saudi Arabia is still in an early stage of economic development due to a severe shortage of productive inputs such as physical capital, skilled and unskilled labour, and fertile land. In this research study the impact of oil price fluctuation on the Saudi government economy has been examined. The government spending and development projects of the country are strongly depends on the economy of the country. For Saudi Arabia the oil price fluctuation have an influential impact on the economic stability of the country. The quantitative research design is an appropriate research design for this study as the main focus of this research study is to examine the impact of oil price fluctuation on the Saudi government and that effect on the Development projects. The findings of this study indicate that there is an influential impact of oil price fluctuations on the Saudi government spending. The findings of descriptive statistics indicate that there is little bit variation is present in the data set.
