Introduction

A comedy-drama film, Juno was directed by Jason Reitman in which Ellen Page performs the main role of Juno. Juno a teenage girl was basically an open minded and independent girl who confronts an unexpected pregnancy and the later consequences that put stress of adult life onto her. Although 'Juno' is a comedy, it brings out a few argumentative topics, such as, teenage pregnancy, abortion and adoption. It is directed by Jason Rietman, who is a Canadian-American film controller, screenwriter, manufacturer and actor. The protagonist is Juno MacGuff, who is acted on by Ellen sheet who is furthermore a Canadian. She gets with child after having sex with Paulie Bleeker, her best ally who is acted on by Michael Cera. She comes through the conclusion of abortion but finally abandoned the thought. Jennifer Garner who actions as Vanessa, the one who strongly wants to take up Juno's progeny, brings out the topic of abortion. (Warn 2009)

Teenage pregnancy is a forbidden significant topic in the society. As the world is evolving, teenagers may be more open-minded and they may accept pre-marital sex and teenage pregnancy. It may convey a allotment of matters to both the teenage mother and the baby, no issue wellbeing or social difficulties. The teenage mother may not be completely grown up, both brain and physically. If the mother determined to give birth to the baby, despite the economic situation, the mother may not be mature sufficient and may not have the ability to take good care of the baby. It may origin hazard to the baby and therefore origins tragedies. Also, the baby granted birth may not be as healthy as the ones given birth by wed mothers and it may get infections. Abortion is another contentious issue in the society. People may believe that the mother should have the right to command the child's destiny.

Although the United Arab Emirates has progressed tremendously in recent years, one should bear in mind that it is a Muslim state and the Arabs being a even more conservative about women compared to other Muslim countries around the world will generally take this movie as a taboo because even with all the awareness of sex on the internet and media the Arab society prefer to cover up such information publicly. There are fewer chances that the movie if it runs will be a success in the UAE market. Even the parental guidance rating will not help. UAE maybe having nationals from other countries like, India, China other European countries but the rule of law is strictly Islamic and based on the typical Muslim Arab family social setup and mindset that condemn sex and any sexual activity before marriage.
