One of the basic issues that the least developed Countries (LDC's) have to face is the availability of healthcare workers. There are not enough people working in the health sector in the under developed part of the world. In these areas a healthcare provider faces many dangers like the risk of being killed or kidnapped or the risk of catching an epidemic in that region.
Inadequate Budget Allocation
The inadequate budget allocation is another big challenge for the LDC's as it does increase the cost without giving away the best results. This is why a proper infrastructure for healthcare is not developed. There is either no budget in these countries or it is not properly allocated. Even the NGO's and the International Organizations working in these countries do not provide enough to the workers.
