Wellness is about maintaining harmony among verity if areas of life. It has seven major aspects. If an individual speaks in one aspect of life the other might be neglected or underdeveloped, or it can be stated that the wheel is out of balance or imbalanced. Individual's optimal wellness may differ. It depends on the way we live our lives. Throughout the life, one aspect falls in or out of balance. It is an individual's duty to put efforts and try to maintain maximum balance possible (Loiselle & McKenzie, 2006; Hinchliffe & Wong, 2010).
