Formal Line of Communication
An example of formal line of authority in the organizational chart is the Director of services communicating to various heads of the services that are provided by the Centre. The director services communicate the goals and mission of Welcome Centre to the heads of various services so that they are better able to achieve the mission of the organization.
Formal Line of Authority
The most common type of formal line of authority is the line authority that focuses on the superior and the subordinate relationship (Anonymous, 2008). An example of such line of authority in Welcome centre is the manager of integration and settlement giving orders to the specialist settlement and specialist integration.
