Through the weight training, the athletes and sports man have an opportunity to enhance their performance. These sports men and athletes added the weight training in their training program. Because of perfect weight training they have become flexible, fast and strong. Then why boxing sports and their boxers have left behind to use this training in their training program. There are some secretes that reveal the significance of weight training in boxing.

The weight training function the muscle and it make the boxer faster. Each and every movement in boxing is the result of muscle contractions. Growing the size of the functional units of muscles tissues the boxer can increase the power, strength, and speed in boxing. It is a common interest of all sports men to increase the muscle size, although it is not an easy task (Robert, 2006). The muscle size, strength, and power can only be increased with accurate and extra weight training. This is the only way to achieve maximum muscle mass. The weight training requires healthy food, exercise, and proper sleep. If it would be easy to increase the muscle size just spending hours in weight training everyone, could have the huge, muscular body. There should be a good addition to genetics, dedication and hard work to achieve a high level of muscularity and massiveness.
