Week One: 1st Journal

In this week, the issue that I will discuss is the disruptive and intimidating behaviors in the nursing workplace. These behaviors include the harassment, verbal abuse, and bullying. All these things contribute in the reduced patient results, medical errors, and nurse turnover. Being a RN, I have experienced verbal abuse in starting of my career during the 12 hour shifts.
