Leadership and management plays a very important role in making the business reaches its milestone. Leadership and management role which are very important includes: formulating strategies, making business processes efficient, understanding the expectations of employees, making necessary changes before something negative occurs which hampers organizational success. In an organization where there is faith in the ability of formal leaders, employees look to leaders for a number of things.

However, some techniques can be applied in order to prevent the unfairness feelings among all team members. It also supports the leader towards his/her staff for working and interacting effectively. The team may lead to the process of selection interview panel that enables all personals from different departments for taking an active part in the process of decision making. The process of the selection panel interview increases soundness, dependability and reduce the gender discrimination (Gonzalez-Roma, 2009). The team will select and examine the person from their team whom they consider as their leader. The leader must be willing to work and follow with. Clearly, this individual team member will have to be suitable in terms of having the set of knowledge, skills, experiences, attributes, and other pre-requisites to be successful for a particular leadership position (McIntosh, 2011).
