Introduction
Well, you have already challenged your partner about the interview so that went nowhere. If you complete the official procedure documenting the assertion you know it's not going to go wherever given the facial strength issues with the interviews and the reasonable doubt and civil rights infringement that have taken place (Rohr, 2007).
A single hair is found which the only physical evidence is and it is suspected that it might be belonging to the victim. You put in long hours trying to find confirm evidence, on account of your restlessness on how the investigations were conducted. The district attorney handling the case meets with you and your partner to discuss the case. The DA says that even lacking the physical evidence, the interviews are sufficiently specific and the criminal records of the suspects is sufficiently damning to secure a conviction and she will be charging both young men with aggravated assault and rape. Your partner leaves the room. The victim has come out of her coma, but has no recollection of the events of that night due to brain injury (Rohr, 2007). However, she is expected to make a full recovery after many months of physical therapy.

It aids the mission of introducing ethical standards in the world. The codes of ACA properly define the ethical behavior and its practices for the counselor and association members.
