Catastrophes, disasters and emergencies are not easy to tackle; but these problems are distinct that require discrete schemes of response. The disastrous events are characterized from everyday emergencies by four features; organizations lose their general autonomy, they face changes in performance standards, organizations are compelled into different types of interactions than usual and further coordinated relationships are required. A report is submitted by The National Council on Disability (NCD) that it offers the effective emergency management for the community (www.ncd.gov). Their purpose is to promote practices and policies that pledge on the balancing opportunity for all individuals with disabilities suffering from different disasters. This council was charged with the duty to gain the information on the implementation and development of federal policies, laws, practices and programs.

The management of emergency incident requires team work to recover it.
