In the article “Prescription Drug Abuse Exceeds Heroin, Cocaine and Ecstasy Combined” authored by David Gutierrez in 23rd June 2013(Natural News), it was declared that the rates of prescription drug abuse have increased all over the world as compared to the use of heroin, cocaine and other related illegal drugs. This was also recognized by the United Nations' International Narcotics Control Boards (INCB) in its latest report.
