In modern environment, implementation of computing software is vital for the development of the countries of the globe. There is no doubt that in recent year's demand of computing software has increased but with this, there is a comprehensive increase in the issues related to internal and external security of these devices. Thus, one could argue that security condition is worsening and that worsening amalgam during period in which computers of every individual is connected with a single operating system that is surrounded by similar sort of security threats.

Currently almost every computer contain operating system design my Microsoft and thus these computers are exposed to similar sort of viruses (Geer et al, 2003). According to the experts, the prevailing security threat can only be minimized by moving away from the tradition of using single operating system. Furthermore, currently Microsoft Company is facing security threat because of its broad range of operating that connects its users from across the globe with its podium.

In prevailing situation, one cannot overrule the possibility of facing severe security crises that could put society in great danger and this raises the question that what could be done to minimize the security threat. According to (Mead, 2004) security threat can be overcome by stopping Microsoft from enforcing new limitations to their loyal customers as after imposing these limitation they would claim that this is the best available solution for resolving security issues that is present in most of their old and new products that are widely used by people of the globe. Moreover, government of America must set new examples by changing their policies towards those organizations whose actions might be vulnerable for society and for government operations.

Topic 2: U.S.CYBERCOM

In light of the increasing security threat, United States of America decided to further strengthen its security policy and in awe of this the current defense secretary Robert Gates declare the formation of world's first wide-ranging, multifunctional military cyber operation which is known as “Cvbercom”. This security framework would enable forces of the country in developing innovative strategic techniques to counter its internal and external threat.

The declaration of initiating largest cyber security department comes just after president announcement of national security policy in which clear indication was given regarding making cyber security as the integral part of their security policy (Johnson & Spector, 2010). This security department is situated in Omaha and around 834 military and civilian members are presently performing their duties in CYBERCOM, further, US government has allocated around $191 million for this department in budget of 2013.

In addition to this, General Alexander in one of his comments illustrate that in-spite of the exceptional distinctiveness of cyberspace, states made policy would be given major preference because we still have the potential of controlling major portion of physical structure of our country.
